Order placement: Must be in writing no verbal orders.

Payments: All orders incur a 50% deposit. If order is cancelled deposit will not be refunded once

order has been placed with our suppliers. Normally order time within 3 working days.

Balance within 14 days of delivery or end of month whichever is the shortest.

Payments by cash, cheque or direct debit. Made out to:

Please add your Invoice number with all electrical payments for reference.

Samples: Samples can be purchased at the 100+ price, plus freight with an adjustment made on placement of order.

As of 1st. May 2010 NO FREE samples will be supplied.

NO MINIMUMS on Apparel. If order is delayed due to backorders no freight will be charged on the outstanding garments.

Turn around normally 2 to 3 weeks after all artwork has been approved by both parties.

Delays may occur if our suppliers are out of stock. If this is the case the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Goods without artwork normally delivered in 7 working days.

Delivery will be by Courier or Post whichever is the least expense to the customer.

Local deliveries are Free. ( within a radius of 40 k.)

Artwork: Embroidery Logo to be supplied in Word, JPEG or high resolution formats.

Cost for set ups Logo’s $45.00. Text only set ups FREE.

Embroidery costs as per. RIGHTCROSS MOBILE WORKWEAR web-page.

If the customer needs artwork drawing it will be charged at the appropriate graphic artists rates.

Which will be addressed prior to any artwork being carried out.

Screen printing charges: Artwork may incur the services of a graphic artist we only add 10% charges to their invoice.

Normal artwork charges $45.00 inc. mock up for clients approval by e-mail or post.

Verbal acceptance not accepted.

Clients may be required to supply PMS colour codes.

Title of Goods: The title of goods remain the property of Rightcross Mobile Workwear until paid in full.

Embroidery damage printing errors or damage to customers supplied goods & will make no replacement of such.
